If you or your child already works with a sports coach, club, academy, school, governing body or performance programme, Athlete1st needs to understand that environment before recommending additional work.
Start with a short Fit Call. We will establish the sporting level, who currently leads the sport and whether Athlete1st can add something useful.
Different situations need different answers. One of these will fit better than the others, and sometimes the honest answer is that none of them does yet.
Golf, cricket, tennis, Padel and other privately coached individual-sport enquiries may be suitable for a coach-connected Athlete1st scope. The preferred starting point is contact with the coach.
Professional, academy, national-level and serious performance cases may enter through a premium paid route. The athlete or parent funds the professional time needed to understand and connect the wider environment.
For a child playing community football, rugby, hockey or another grassroots team sport, the most useful route will often be Leave It Better rather than an individual high-price programme.
Where a paid high-performance scope is appropriate, it may include any of the following. What it includes is agreed before payment, not afterwards.
If Athlete1st cannot establish enough context or appropriate communication, we will not create ongoing physical work that may conflict with the athlete's existing environment.
Discovery is not the first step, and it is not something you can book from this page. It follows the Fit Call, an agreed scope and payment.
