The 4-week discovery training phase will give you a taste of what it is like to work with us in an online capacity and vice versa.

You understand what it like to work online, submit your videos, maintain the feedback loop between you and our Athlete 1st online specialist.

Your 4-week plan will include how to carry out specific warm ups, mobility routines, strength exercises, range of motions development and cool downs.
