FAQs

I haven’t trained in years. Will I still be able to join?

Absolutely! The Forever Athlete Games are designed for former athletes who have been out of the game due to work, family, or life getting in the way. That’s why we provide a structured 12-week training program—so you can build your strength, endurance, and confidence before the event.

I don’t have a lot of time to train, how long are the workouts?

We built this program for busy people who want to train effectively without spending hours in the gym. Just 3 workouts per week, each session lasts 45-60 minutes max—no wasted time, just results.

You don’t need to train like a full-time athlete to feel like one again. This program fits into your schedule so you can train smarter, not longer

I am struggling with injury, can I sign up for the Games Weekend?

Injury prevention is our #1 priority. We know that one of the biggest fears of ex-athletes is getting hurt while trying to get back to sport. That’s exactly why our training plan gradually builds your strength, mobility, and endurance to prevent injuries before they happen.

Do you offer a referral discount?

We do! You will receive a 10% discount if you refer a friend or family member over to us, who joins.

Whether you’re a parent of a child who attends the ‘Future Athlete Pathway’ or yourself and a friends want to get back into sport together, we offer referral discounts. Message us to ask how to take advantage.

I never really played a sport. Can I still sign up?

Of course! We have had lots of people who don’t play sport come to the gym. Many whom have found their passion here, not only getting stronger, but also increasing their confidence and joining a new community along the way.
